Butternut squash and sweet potato soup finished with spiced honey

Chicken liver parfait with red onion jam and sea salted croute

A trio of melon accompanied by a Champagne and mint sorbet, and mango with strawberry salsa

Duo of cured salmon and beetroot gravadlax served with a horseradish cream and beetroot puree



Pan fried fillet of seabass with a tomato, red onion and caper salsa

Locally sourced roast sirloin of beef with homemade Yorkshire pudding, traditional gravy, chateau potatoes and a medley of vegetables

Slow roasted pork belly, spiced apple boulangeres potatoes, braised red cabbage and café au lait sauce

Sautéed potato gnocchi with a creamed tomato sauce, rocket and parmesan



Apricot and white chocolate bread and butter pudding with crème Anglaise
